Noble Assets is a group of companies that grew from an immigration business. Its founder, Andre Mikhalevich, came to Portugal in 2012 and has been actively working in immigration and real estate since 2014.
The immigration business in the form of Okno Agency continues its work and is a notable systematic player in the Portuguese immigration market.
Andre gained his first systematic experience with real estate in the Golden Visa program, building investment portfolios of €500,000 from 4-6 properties and subsequently managing this real estate.
Since 2024, the company has moved to a larger segment and currently manages a real estate portfolio of approximately €5 million — these are properties for deep reconstruction in the Greater Lisbon area, focused on the budget housing market and maximum liquidity.
